Fitness Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers. $5 to drop in on these great classes!

Warehouse Warriors/HIIT

This beginner to intermediate level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

 

 

Bootcamp

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Senior Fitness

This class is designed to strengthen muscles and improve balance, agility, body awareness and coordination. The class starts with a dynamic warm up, then moves to a strength-training circuit centered around functional moves. Class will then go into balancing and mobility exercises and ends with stretching.

All-Levels Yoga

This class is designed for those with some yoga experience. We will assume that you are familiar with sun salutations, basic warriors and balance poses. This class offers modifications and lots of options, giving you the ability to practice within your limits and challenge those who are ready. Every class is unique in flow, moving the body with the breath to calm the mind and the body. Come explore and deepen your practice. (comparable to a Level 2 vinyasa class)

Beginners Yoga

This class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by breath.

Restorative Yoga

Designed to center your breath and body aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movements.

Relaxation Yoga

This class is designed to loosen bodily and mental tensions. Beginner to Expert welcome.

YogaFit

Designed to improve health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness.

Yoga Sculpt

This class incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect.
