Fitness Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers. $5 to drop in on these great classes!

 
 

Warehouse Warriors/HIIT (burn up to 550 calories)

Mondays, Wednesdays
5:30pm

This beginner to intermediate level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Bootcamp (burn up to 550 calories)

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6am 

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

All Level Strength Training (up to 300 calories)

Tuesdays
4:30pm

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.

 

Spin (burn up to 600 calories)

Tuesdays
5:30pm

We take spinning outdoors with a high intensity spin for 45 minutes.

 

Yoga
