Tarasa Gardner

Certified to teach Beginner's, All Levels, Slow Flow, Restorative, Sculpt, Barre, Prenatal, Yin, Kids, and Chair yoga in group, workshop, and private sessions. 

 

Tarasa found yoga after a serious car accident as part of her own physical and emotional healing process. She enjoys leading classes for all levels of fellow yogis to help develop, nurture, and further their individual practices. 

 

No matter where you are in your yoga practice, Tarasa would love to lead a class for you, to hold a space for you to be challenged and renewed.
