When scheduling an appointment we ask that if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we require a 24 hour notice of the appointment cancellation. If you try to cancel inside the 24 hour period, depending on the reason, payment for the massage may be collected. If you are a no call, no show, we will charge you for the missed appointment.
